Joe Gray
Joe Gray left professional rugby in 2022 and became the youngest Head Coach in the Championship that same year. Guiding a young squad to safety in year one he has continued to grow into his role, managing the development of players, seeing young squad members go onto Premiership and International honours. As Joe prepares to step up into the Director of Rugby role next season, we wish him all the best and cannot wait to see his continued success at London Scottish.
Bryan Redpath
Bryan Redpath has led London Scottish 1st XV for the past four seasons, steering them to their highest points tally in a decade during the 2024/25 seasons. Bringing a wealth of international and professional experience to the Club, ‘Brush’ has managed his squad through some tricky times with limitations around injury, availability and budgetary constraints but has always found a way and done so with great integrity. Leading his side to famous wins against full time sides, Ealing and Doncaster he has got London Scottish punching above their weight consistently. As he prepares to depart the Club at the end of the season we wish him all the best.

Drew Todd
Drew began him time at London Scottish as a player in the Highlanders Academy. Following an injury-enforced retirement, Drew stepped into coaching and has since transformed the Lions Bs. Over the past three seasons, he has rebuilt the squad from one that struggled to field a full team into one of the strongest in the Merit leagues.
The 2025/26 season highlights his impact. After promotion the previous year, the Bs topped the Merit Premiership for much of the campaign and secured the league title by a significant margin. Although they narrowly fell short in the knockout final, their consistency and quality were outstanding.
