The (fairly brief) AGM at 7.30pm will be followed by a members’ forum where we’ll discuss the plans for the coming season, including unifying rugby operations across the whole club and an exciting new venture for the senior amateur players.

All members who paid up in the 2017-18 season are entitled to attend; in addition, all parents of junior and mini players are welcome to attend the AGM as observers and to take part in the Forum.

At the AGM itself, we will hear reports on the season past, review and approve the Club accounts; and elect the Executive Committee for 2018-19.
