Centre Craig Duncan has signed a new deal with London Scottish for next season.
The Bath University graduate started the season promisingly starring in the preseason fixtures against Watsonians and Loughborough University.
Duncan, who is Scottish-qualified, appeared nine times at the beginning of the season, scoring a memorable try against Richmond in the Cup.
Craig’s season was derailed when he suffered a knee ligament injury away to Jersey in the Championship Cup. He has been working hard with the London Scottish medical team ever since and will be working hard to get fit for the beginning of the 2019/20 campaign.
Duncan, who can also play on the wing, was pleased to be offered another contract with Scottish.
“I am really happy to be staying at London Scottish for another year. I had a great experience in my first year here and my development benefited greatly from the environment at the club. Unfortunately my year was cut short through injury but I am now focused on what is to come and to hit the ground running in pre-season as part of an exciting group of players at the Club.”
Head Coach Graham Steadman was happy to keep Duncan on board.
“I am glad Craig is staying with us next season. He is a hard-working lad and was very unfortunate this season with his injury.”
