After a week away from the rugby field Scottish return to face Yorkshire Carnegie at West Park Leeds RUFC this Saturday, kick off 2:30pm.
Last time out the Exiles secured a tight 25-24 win against Cornish Pirates in a thrilling encounter at home under the Friday Night lights. Thank you to all who attended. We had a sell out in hospitality and to have our highest attendance yet this season means so much to the club and players.
This week the team’s focus returns to the Cup, where we currently sit top of Pool 3 having beaten Cornish Pirates, Nottingham and Yorkshire Carnegie in the opening rounds of the competition.
In both our two previous fixtures against Yorkshire Carnegie we came out with bonus point wins, 50-7 in the first Cup fixture and then 30-10 in a Greene King IPA Championship fixture. The Exiles will be looking to secure their first win on the road this season.
It’s our first-time visiting West Park Leeds RUFC, please see map below for directions to the ground:
We hope you join us on the road for the next month. After this week’s fixture we travel up the M1 to face Nottingham, we then visit Penzance to take on Cornish Pirates and finally we play our final match of the year away to Jersey Reds the weekend leading up to Christmas.
If you want to feel part of the team and support the London Scottish brand, head over to our online store to view all our goodies.
We would also like to take this opportunity to wish club captain Lewis Wynne a very Happy Birthday!
