Refunds are currently being processed and sent out to those who are eligible over the next few days.

Specifically with regard to the postponed match in Cardiff between Wales and Scotland, please read the note below from the Scottish Rugby Ticket Office at Murrayfield.

WALES v SCOTLAND POSTPONEMENT

All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled fixture and so we strongly encourage all supporters to keep them in a safe place.

In the unlikely event that the fixture is not rescheduled, all tickets will be refunded. If the game is re-scheduled but supporters still wish to seek re-imbursement for any reason, full details of this process will be clearly established at the time of the announcement of the new fixture.

We fully appreciate that many supporters have been inconvenienced and every effort was made to stage the game but ultimately postponement became the only viable option.  We will make further announcements about rescheduling as soon as possible.
