The club hosted the 2017 Legends and Hall of Fame Dinner last night, with the event turning out to be a huge success and an enjoyable night for over 130 attendees.
MC Jonny Gould handed over to Joe Flaherty who introduced the three inductees. Ian Robertson, the former London Scot and legendary broadcaster was first to recieve his award. Next was Rod Lynch, who has held many roles at the club including CEO and President throughout his time with the club. David Howells was the third inductee, who is most fondly remembered for the interception try against Barking which seucred promotion up to the Championship.
Acitivities including Heads and Tails then took place, before Principal Speaker Jason Leonard OBE, England's most capped international spoke about his favourite memories of playing the game and raised a toast to the club.
