The 2017 AGM will be held on Tuesday 6th June in the Members’ Bar at the Athletic Ground.
The AGM will be followed by a Members’ Forum, with the bar open 7pm and meeting starting at 7:30pm.
The AGM will be asked to approve the club’s accounts and also to elect the club officers and Executive Committee. The majority of the committee will be standing for office again but not President Rod Lynch, who is retiring after 16 years. There will be presentations to Rod Lynch and to retiring LSIL Chairman Sir David Reid.
Members will also be asked to vote on some proposed changes to the club’s constitution. Proposed motions and nominations for office holders should be sent to Paul McFarland, secretary@londonscottish.com, by 12th May.
The meeting agenda and papers will be sent out by email or post later that week.
The AGM and review of the year will last no more than an hour, and will be followed by a Members’ Forum. This is a great opportunity for members to meet new Director of Rugby Dave Morris, new London Scottish International CEO Carson Russell and Chairman Malcolm Offord, and quiz them on their plans going forward.
