Harper Performance, Founded by former London Scottish Head of Performance; Tim Harper will be collecting kit donations at the GK IPA Championship fixture between London Scottish and London Irish on Sunday 30th October on behalf of their performance client; the Die Hard Rugby Academy in Zambia.
Harper Performance is an SEUK Certified Social Enterprise and performance-support consultancy working primarily with athletes and teams from disadvantage and those hamstrung by logistical, financial or sociocultural barriers to performance, both here in the UK and abroad in a diverse range of sports.
As part of Harper Performance’s commitment to supporting and assisting in the development of elite rugby players in Zambia through our ongoing partnership with both elite and grassroots initiatives in the region, HP is collecting rugby boots, rugby clothing and rugby balls from fans, supporters and players at the Scottish vs Irish game this Sunday, which will be packaged and sent to Zambia before the new year. HP and our partners in Zambia will be incredibly grateful for any donations, however modest, on Sunday, so please bring along any unwanted clothing, boots or balls and grab a photo with the HP team at the same time!
If you can’t help with kit donations, then you can still help! Harper Performance is also asking our supporters to consider gifting a small monetary donation to #HPProjects to cover the costs of the production and delivery of new training shirts for the elite Die Hard Academy programme and to help cover the costs of packaging and shipping of the kit donations. Donations can be made online, through our secure donation page at www.harperperformance.co.uk/donations.
