London Scottish can today confirm that Oli Grove will leave the club following the conclusion of the season. 

The fly-half/centre joined the club in 2011, and went on to make 79 appearances for the Scots, scoring 100 points in the process. 

The 25-year-old joined from Birmingham and Solihull after beginning his career in the Worcester academy.  In his final season for the Scots a career ambition was fulfilled, as he lined up alongside brother Alex (former Scotland international) against Nottingham.

The former Scotland Under 20 international has decided that he wants to further his career off the field, and therefore will play semi-professional rugby, allowing him to do so.

Grove would like to pass on the below message after his time at London Scottish. 

“I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has been involved at London Scottish during my five years here. I have loved every minute of it and I feel hugely privileged to have played a small part in the history of this club.”

He continued: “I am very excited about the next chapter of my life and progressing my career outside of rugby. I owe a huge amount to this club and I am looking forward to coming back and supporting in the future as Scottish go from strength to strength.”
