About the Opposition

Jersey Reds have made a strong start to the season winning both of their matches so far. Currently leading the way in the Championship they are one of just three unbeaten sides in the league. Last weekend the Islander side made their 200th outing as they defeated Coventry Rugby comfortably at home.

The two sides met on four occasions last year across both the league and the cup with Jersey faring the better last season. However, a renewed London Scottish squad will welcome the Reds to the RAG with hope of a much more competitive affair.

London Scottish Squad

This week, the Exiles will be without a number of their Harlequins loan players due to their Premiership Rugby Cup involvements. However, the rest of the squad are excited at the opportunity to play in front of the RAG, for the first time this season for many.

London Scottish will be waiting on the fitness of Harry Sheppard as the fly half recovers from a finger injury. Aside from this London Scottish can report a full bill of health ahead of this weekend’s clash.
