Austin joins London Scottish having graduated from Loughborough University. Austin has also spent a season at Ampthill in the Championship during the COVID pandemic when University rugby was on hold.
Originally a backrower, Austin has converted to Hooker this season with great success. Bringing all the ball carrying ability and work rate he possessed to the front row, Austin has adapted very nicely to his new position.
Austin hopes to continue to develop his skills under the tutelage of Joe Gray and the rest of the coaching staff at London Scottish. He’s hoping for a big 2024/25 season in West London.
