Director of Rugby Bryan Redpath has made eight changes to his starting XV that defeated Bedford Blues in the first round of the Championship Cup. Gratton, Scott, Ransom, Slevin and Smith all come in from the bench to make a start this week.
Having returned from injury just a fortnight ago, Jack Ingall will captain the side for the first time this season. Wilkinson also returns from concussion to take his place alongside Southon in the second row.
Harry Morris, Dan Gamble and Cameron Scott are also all in line for their London Scottish debuts having joined up with the squad this week from Edinburgh on loan.
