Opposition in Focus
Coventry Rugby have made a fast start to the Championship season winning five out of their opening seven games. This leaves them sitting third in the table before going into the Cup block. However, this form has failed to replicate itself in result in the Cup with the midlands side yet to register a win in the competition.
When the two sides met back in October it was a thrilling encounter in which London Scottish raced out to a 19-0 lead in the opening minutes before being pegged back by Coventry’s superior maul game. The fixture ended 32-46. You can watch the highlights of that fixture below.
If this weekend’s fixture is anything like the earlier meeting between the two sides, then all supporters will be in for a treat.

London Scottish find themselves without any Harlequins dual registered players as the Premiership Club plays two fixtures this week, first against the Barbarians on Thursday then against Sale on Friday night in the Premiership Rugby Cup.
However, after an impressive first outing, the Edinburgh Trio of Harry Morris, Dan Gamble and Cameron Scott are all in line for their first starts in London Scottish shirt.
