London Scottish is delighted to confirm that Alex Grove has joined on loan from Worcester Warriors.
Alex, brother of current London Scot Oli Grove is looking to gain more game-time and will be training with the Scots ahead of their Greene King IPA Championship match against Yorkshire Carnegie on Saturday.
The centre has made 151 appearances for the Warriors, and also has three caps for Scotland after featuring in matches against Fiji, Australia and Argentina in 2009.
The 28-year-old is looking forward to his time at the Athletic Ground: “It’s a great opportunity to get some game time at Scottish and hopefully contribute in the coming weeks.”
He added: “I spoke to Dean Ryan about getting some more time out on the pitch and I’m familiar with the club after coming down many times to watch Oli play.
“After speaking with Pete he was happy to facilitate the move and I trained with the team this morning and looking forward to getting started.”
