London Scottish pair Tyler Hotson and Eric Fry will be facing each other on opposite sides of the field this weekend as they represent their respective nations in an international clash.
The pair are normally used to teaming up in London Scottish jerseys on the field but this weekend they will be facing each other in international colours as Canada take on the USA in Edmonton at 2pm local time (9pm GMT).
Hotson has made 29 appearances for Canada, including 4 at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand in 2011. He joins Plymouth Albion’s Brett Beukeboom in the second row, as four RFU Championship players are named in the starting XV. Fry made his international debut for the USA Eagles in 2011 and also represented his country at the World Cup that year.
The match kicks off at 9pm GMT and will be streamed live on www.rugbycanada.ca.
