London Scottish hosted a successful Varsity Dinner at the Caledonian Club in London last night.

Representatives from Edinburgh and St Andrews Universities were in attendance, along with Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, as the Caledonian Club provided the backdrop to a wonderful evening.

Guests were treated to a three course meal and an auction for unique items, as well as an array of speeches from The Princess Royal, London Scottish President Rod Lynch, CEO Tony Copsey, MC for the night David Kurk and the captains, coaches and Directors of Rugby for the respective University sides.

The evening proved to be a big success as the two university sides renewed acquaintances for another year and prepared to do battle on the pitch tonight at the Richmond Athletic Ground.

A reminder that tickets will be available on the gate for tonight's match, which kicks off at 7.30pm. There will also be a live band and late bar license after that match.
