Job Specification:
*Responsible for the U/18s rugby players, coaches, managers and other volunteers
*Planning and leading coaching at the age group
*Player development in line with the London Scottish system
*Attending coach education sessions
*Week night training
*Sunday training and matches
*Working in systems and structure
*Use of RUGBYCOACHINGDRILLS.COM
The following requirements:
*Experienced coach or young promising coach
*Coaching experience with this age group will be beneficial
*Level 2 or Level 3 coach
*Positive manner and friendly approach
*Ability to work with young players to get the best out of them
Salary:
There is a fee set aside for the right candidate
