The race for promotion in Middx/Herts Counties 1 has massively opened up this weekend with four teams separated by just three points at the top of the league. This follows a disappointing day for the London Scottish Lions who fell to a 23-12 defeat on the road against a strong Finchley side.
However, the Lions B came away with a sensational victory against Chiswick RFC 2nd XV. Winning 34-48 in a great game for the neutral and London Scottish supporters. This leaves the B’s up in fourth position following a great run of form.
Coming up this weekend the Lions B’s travel to Old Priorians Saints as they look to keep up their winning run. Whilst the Lions will have the opportunity to bounce back against Enfield Ignations at King’s House. Kicking off at 2pm it promises to be a cracker.
