Lewis Barrett has become ninth player to commit their future to London Scottish ahead of the 2024/25 season. The robust back row missed the end of the 2023/24 season through injury but not after he made 12 appearances in his debut season including an impressive showing in the win against Ealing.
Speaking on the news Lewis has said “I’m very grateful to be at the club for another year. The decision was very straightforward for me, London Scottish is a community and the support from the fans, coaches and players makes it a special place to play rugby and I can’t wait for the season ahead with the lads, cheers”
Director of Rugby Bryan Redpath also said “Lewis has impressed me greatly in his first season at the Club. It was a no brainer to approach him to stay around for another year. He gets on brilliantly with everyone at the Club and is a real core member of our squad as well as putting impressive performances on the field.”
