Dual-registered Harlequins back-row forward James Chisholm will make his debut for London Scottish on Friday night in one of three changes to the starting XV which takes on Jersey at the Athletic Ground, 7.45pm kick-off.
The England Under-20s open-side starts in place of Chris Walker who is ill, with front-row pair Adam Kwasnicki and Ben Prescott replacing Todd Gleave and Max Maidment respectively.
Prop Lovejoy Chawatama is named in the squad for the first time this season whilst experienced tight-head prop Des Brett takes his place on the bench having joined on loan this week from Blackheath.
The Scots go into tomorrow night's game looking to return to winning ways after losing 16-9 to Moseley at Billesley Common last Saturday.
Head coach James Buckland said: “We have used that defeat as a lesson and put it to good use going into this week.
“Jersey are a club we very much respect and they have been galvanised since staying up last season and pushed on.
“They have brought a bit more of an expansion to their game and have a couple of dangerous half backs and big set piece. They are a shrewd outfit and we need to be on top of our game to get the win.”
He added: “James Chisholm has played fantastically well for Harlequins in the LV Cup over the past couple of weeks and I think he has been unfortunate not to get in their main starting line-up.
“He has given the squad a whole lift this week and we are very grateful to have him.”
There will be a minute's silence observed before Friday's game in memory of Colonel Sir Thomas Macpherson of Biallid CBE MC TD DL, who passed away last Thursday, aged 94.
Sir Thomas is one of the most decorated soldiers of World War Two and was a regular player at fly-half for London Scottish from 1946 to 1955.
