London Scottish hooker Tedd Stagg will leave the Club at the end of the season having agreed to join Plymouth Albion.
The 24-year-old, who joined Scottish at the beginning of the season from Rotherham Titans, has seen his first team appearances limited due to the form of Adam Kwasnicki.
A medial ligament injury picked up in mid-December also ruled Stagg out for eight weeks and he made his comeback off the bench against Leeds Carnegie earlier this month.
So far he has made 15 appearances this season and Head coach James Buckland expects him to play an important role in the run-in.
He said: “We have been very fortunate this year to have two quality Championship hookers in Adam Kwasnicki and Tedd Stagg.
“It was always going to be difficult to keep both of them and with Adam re-signed for next year, Tedd wants to go to Plymouth and play a bit more rugby.
“We wish him all the best.
“He has done very well for us and I hope he finishes the season strongly.”
