London Scottish is delighted to announce the signing of outside back Murray Bellis. The flying outside back joined up with the squad at the end of last year and trained with London Scottish for a few months before accepting a contract offer over the summer.

Murray started his rugby journey at Wasps Academy before moving to Bath University to study. There he impressed in BUCS super rugby before stints and Wallingford and Henley Hawks.

Speaking on the news of his signing Murray has said “having been training with the squad for the latter part of last season, I’ve got to know the boys well, had a great experience and the lads have been great. I’m excited to be part of the setup this coming season.”

Director of Rugby, Bryan Redpath has also commented on his new signing when he has said “Murray impressed me a lot with his attitude, talent and skill level whilst training with us at the back end of last season. He’s certainly got what it takes to step up to Championship level and I’m excited to see where he can go this year.”
