London Scottish is pleased to announce Boisdale as the latest partner to join their Best of Scottish portfolio.
Boisdale restaurants, dubbed “carnivore’s dream” by The London Evening Standard have three establishments in London – at Canary Wharf, Belgravia and in Bishopsgate.
Through the new partnership, London Scottish members can take advantage of special offers at Boisdale restaurants, click here for full details, with bespoke London Scottish membership packages being offered to Boisdale members.
Boisdale restaurants feature a very unique, successful mix of fine food, a great wine list, an unparalleled range of whiskies, probably the widest selection of Cuban cigars in the world and the best classic jazz, blues and soul offering in London, cast in a unique setting.
Boisdale finest Aberdeenshire dry aged steaks, accompanied by devilishly indulgent sauces, are repeatedly deemed ‘incredible’, though the adventurous enjoy Scottish-sourced treats, including wild Highland game, Hebridean shellfish, Loch Ryan Native oysters, Dunkeld smoked salmon, and roast Macsween’s haggis served with mash, neeps and the obligatory noggin of Chivas Regal 12-year-old whisky.
There is also a £17.80 weekly changing two-course set menu, an extensive bar menu and, not to forget, a highly commended selection of outstanding gourmet burgers priced from £7.50.
The Financial Times says that “Boisdale transform a great meal into an event… Anyone would think they want you to have a good time!”, whilst Tatler comments, “It’s hard to find a better venue in London for food, drink, service… and all that jazz.”
Proud Scot and Boisdale owner Ranald Macdonald said: “Boisdale are proud to be partners with London Scottish.
“All Londoners who support London Scottish become honorary Scotsmen!”
London Scottish Chief executive Kenny Baillie said “We are delighted to have such an iconic restaurant brand on board as a Best of Scottish partner and I would like to thank Ranald for his support.
“Boisdale Canary Wharf recently hosted a London Scottish investors dinner and I can say firsthand, it was a fantastic experience.
“I would encourage all London Scots to sample Ranald’s excellent hospitality at one of his restaurants.”
