We sat down with Joe Gray ahead of our Christmas fixture up in the Wirral.

“The last couple of outings for us have been gutting. As a group we’ve come so close to picking up a couple of wins which would have set up our season brilliantly. We’ve got to work out how we solve the issues that have plagued us in the last couple of weeks in order to close out those games in the final minutes.

However, what we also need to do is look at the positives and what we have done well. To go toe to toe with excellent teams and in our opinion deserve to get results takes some doing. If we keep performing like that I know we can get some big results.”
