Opposition in Focus

Cambridge experienced an upturn in form around Christmas and New Year which saw Cambridge pick up vital wins against London Scottish and Caldy. However, since the end of January Cambridge have failed to register a win, picking up a losing bonus point against Nottingham a couple of weeks ago.

However, despite this lack of form, Cambridge are not to be underestimated. With some amazing flair in their attacking game and a pack to be respected, expect a tough game on Saturday.

London Scottish finally got the monkey off their back with a tight win against Hartpury on Friday night. Following 6 losing bonus point defeats since December and 5 games decided with the final passage of play the Exiles had a win coming.

After a last minute defeat to Cambridge in December, London Scottish are on the hunt to overturn that result and avenge what was a difficult day for the Exiles. Bryan Redpath and his men will be on the hunt for a third win of the season that could take them as high as 9th position.
