London Scottish are thrilled to announce the signing of utility back Charlie Ingall.
Charlie left Sale this summer and has now joined up with The Scots where he links up with familiar faces, Jonathan Mills and Nick Scott who he knows from his days with the Sharks.
28 year-old Ingall has joined from Sale Sharks where he made twenty appearances in total including five tries.
Having previously spent time at Newcastle Falcons whilst studying at Newcastle University, Ingall also spent time with London Wasps. He has been involved in Premiership environments his whole career, something that will be very useful for the Scots.
The utility back also has international experience having been part of the Ireland Under 20 set up at the Junior World Cup.
Ingall will add further size and power to the London Scottish backlineand will be looking to make an immediate impact. He spoke about joining the club stating, “having had a short break after leaving Sale Sharks, I’m delighted to have signed for London Scottish. There is a great culture here with an exciting group of players and I’m looking forward to making a big difference”.
Ingall will make his debut this weekend at full back against Dragons Premiership Select in the British and Irish Cup.
