London Scottish is delighted to announce that one of its longest serving player, Noah Ferdinand has re-signed for another season at the Club. Racking up 80 appearances so far in the tartan, Noah will be eyeing up becoming the first centurian for the Club in almost a decade next season.
This season Noah’s season was cut short through injury but that didn’t stop him from racking up 18 appearances in the first 22 games of the season before a lower leg injury ruled him out of the final matches of the season.
Talking on the news, Noah has said “I love this Club and it has been a big part of my life ever since I joined. I’ve made so many great friendships here and I couldn’t think about going anywhere else. I’m excited for another year at Scottish and can’t wait to see where this group goes, we’ve been steadily building for a few years now and it’s time to take another step on.”
Director of Rugby Bryan Redpath has also commented on the news when he said “having Noah back is a big piece of good news for us. He’s a core part of our group and been here a long time so is crucial to our success. He’s improved year on year for us so I can’t wait to see him take another step this season.”
