London Scottish prop Grant Shiells is full of belief ahead of the pre-season friendly against Saracens.

The Scots face the 2015/16  Aviva Premiership and European Champions Cup Winners at the HAC in London in the final pre-season match before the start of the Greene King IPA Championship season. 

The former Edinburgh prop says that the Scots have nothing to lose going in to the match. 

“We've been training well and playing against top quality opposition can only make you better.” Said Shiells.
