Bedford Blues go in search of their second win of the Championship season when they entertain Moseley at Goldington Road on Friday night.
So far last season's losing finalists have only beaten bottom-of-the-table Ealing and already find themselves 14 points adrift of the play-off places.
Last season Blues did the double over Moseley, scoring 91 points with only 26 against their name across the two fixtures.
The corresponding match was won by the Blues, 50-6.
Leeds Carnegie, having won local bragging rights thanks to victory over Rotherham Titans, will look to preserve their 100 per cent record against London Scottish when the side's meet at the Athletic Ground on Saturday, 12.30pm kick-off.
Leeds won the corresponding fixture 37-14 last season.
Jersey, who dropped to third from bottom in the table following a 29-3 defeat at the hands of Scottish on Sunday, are at home to Cornish Pirates, who, following a narrow win over Bedford, have now scored as many points (140) as they have conceded.
It is top versus bottom at the Kassam Stadium on Sunday as leaders London Welsh play an Ealing side yet to register a point.
Welsh go into the match boasting a 100 per cent record after they made it seven wins from seven with a 22-7 victory over Bristol, a game watched by their biggest home crowd of the season.
Bristol Rugby and Rotherham Titans meet in the league with each side having won at home in the fixture last season.
In total, Bristol have won eight out of the 14 league matches between the sides, dating back to the first-ever clash in 1998: a 16-5 win for the Titans in the old Allied Dunbar Premiership 2.
11th-placed Nottingham will be looking to extend their winning run over mid-table Plymouth Albion to seven matches when they play the Devon outfit at Meadow Lane.
You have to go back four years to find Plymouth's last win against the Green & Whites: a 31-25 win at Brickfields on October 31, 2009.
