London Scottish are delighted to announce the signing of Jake Spurway from Stirling Wolves and Durham University. The young back rower joins up with Bryan Redpath’s squad ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Looking to make an impact at Championship level Jake is an all court player with a strong set piece focus to his game. However, he can also put himself about around the field as he looks to make impacts on both sides of the ball.

Speaking upon the news Jake has said “having been born and brough up in Scotland, I have always loved following London Scottish. I look forward to having the opportunity to represent the Club. I tis and honor for myself and my family which they are massively proud of. I cannot wait to get started.”

Bryan Redpath has also commented on his new signing by saying “it’s great to have Jake on board for the new season. He brings a lot on and off the field. I think he can really grow in this environment and I look forward to seeing how he can develop.”
