Junior Rugby

Junior rugby at London Scottish is inclusive but competitive and we run age group teams for boys from U12 to U15.

• Whether you play in your school’s A team or you are new to the game, you are more than welcome to join.
• We train, we play friendlies and tournaments, we participate in the Herts Middlesex competitive leagues.
• We go on tour at the end of the season.
• Especially if we win or even if we lose we always have fun.

Each age group is run by a qualified (Level 2 or higher) coach and during the season London Scottish pro players help out during training sessions.

• U12s (Year 7) train on Sunday mornings between 9:30 and 11:30 at Richmond Athletic Ground.
• U13s (Year 8), U14s (Year 9) and U15s (Year 10) train on Wednesday evenings from 18:30 to 19:30 and on Sundays between 11:30 and 13:30 at Richmond Athletic Ground.

Junior players have free access to 1st XV home games during the season.

During half terms and holidays, our community coaches run rugby camps where pro players teach our boys the skills of the game.

Our community programme is also partnering with secondary schools to promote the love of the game!
