We sat down with Joe Gray ahead of the visit of Cambridge this weekend.

“This weekend represents a massive opportunity for us to kickstart the run in of our season. We’ve been just a little bit off the last few weeks and that hasn’t been helped by some injuries and disruptions but we can’t make excuses for ourselves. We need to be better and that starts this weekend, Cambridge are a really strong side and if you let them get going then it could be a long afternoon. However, if we front up well we feel we can really make some inroads with our backs and cause some damage.”
