London Scottish RFC are looking to recruit a Match Day Doctor for the upcoming 21/22 rugby season.

London Scottish currently compete in the Championship (second their of English Rugby) with home games played at the Athletic Ground in Richmond-upon-Thames

We are looking to add a medic to work as part of our established medical team, to cover 1st XV weekend fixtures, home and away. The season has already begun and finishes in mid-March, plus a potential cup competition in April and May.

Commitment: The job is to cover all match days, full list of fixtures can be found here, (although we hope to get a pool of doctors to assist with this)

Qualifications:

• Member of the General Medical Council
• Completed the RFU specific PHICIS (pre-hospital immediate care in sport) or equivalent  course
• Preferably holds a specialist post graduate MSc in SEM (sport and exercise medicine) and has professional indemnity insurance for sport

Salary: Dependant on experience and commensurate with appropriate budget of Championship Rugby Club
