Opposition in Focus
Bedford Blues have had a strong start to their Championship season winning 4 out of their opening 7 games. It has been their free scoring nature that has risen them up to fourth in the table in a hotly contest middle pack.
In a meeting between the two sides earlier in the season, Bedford ran out the victors 49-36. Taking an early lead Bedford threatened to run away with the match in the first 20 minutes. However, London Scottish fought back to tie the scores at 33-all with just a quarter of the match to go.
Bedford would end up the victors but if this Friday’s clash is anything to go by then we are in for a cracking night’s entertainment.
