This weekend, the Richmond Athletic Ground will host its first Greene King IPA Championship game of 2018 when Ealing Trailfinders make the short trip across Kew Bridge to South West London.
Before the game at the lunch, we will be celebrating winger Matt Williams winning his 50th cap for the club as well as an exclusive Under Armour training t-shirt signed by former World Number One and BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2016 Andy Murray being up for grabs for the winner of ‘Guess the Score’. Surely that prize is incentive enough to come to the lunch!
The Scots will be looking to avenge the last result between the sides where the Trailfinders ran away with a 72-12 victory at Vallis Way. Scottish are on a rich vein of form recently and will be looking to continue this next weekend.
Before the big clash out on the pitch, we will be holding a very special hospitality function in the Members Bar. With only 25 spaces or left at the lunch, it is sure to be a good one, book a spot now by ringing 02033979551
At this hospitality, we will be commemorating Matt Williams’s fantastic achievement of reaching 50 caps for the Scots, a milestone he brought up in our last game of 2017 against Nottingham.
Williams has been a fantastic player for Scottish over the years and is the embodiment of everything the club believes in and works hard to produce. He worked tirelessly hard to recover from a very serious knee injury and has regained his spot as a figurehead in the starting XV for the Scots this season.
Williams will be given a personalised cap in the presentation before the match and he will be hoping he is selected in Dave Morris’s side for the fixture as well
