London Scottish have named their side for their penultimate Greene King IPA Championship match of the season against Rotherham Titans tomorrow afternoon.

The Scots will be looking to end a four match losing streak when they travel to Clifton Lane, and the starting line-up features seven changes from the side that narrowly lost to Bristol in their last match at the beginning of April, as well as a first-team debut for centre Harry Sheppard.

Jack Cosgrove, David Cherry and Matt Shields start in the front-row, with Rory Bartle and Neale Patrick in the second-row.

James Chisholm comes in to the back-row, alongside Tinus du Plessis and captain Mark Bright.

Matt Heeks and Peter Lydon continue their half-back partnership, whilst Harry Sheppard makes his debut at inside centre, with Robbie Fergusson at outside centre.

The back-three sees Jason Harries start on the left wing, Alec Coombes on the right, and Aaron Morris at full-back.

Tyrone Moran, Kurt Schonert and Jimmy Litchfield offer a front-row alternative on the bench, with Evan Olmstead and Alex Brown covering the rest of the pack.

George Horne will look to make an impact from the bench, and the versatile Lee Millar will cover the back-line when called upon.

Head Coach Peter Richards is looking forward to the challenge at Clifton Lane. “We finish the season with two very competitive games against teams near us in the table.

We’ve had a week off, so head in to the game refreshed and looking for a performance that matches our levels of the past few games, and if we can do that we will be in a good position.”

Centre Robbie Fergusson, who has recently signed a new contract for next season, is looking to end this campaign with success in the final two matches.

“If we could end with two wins that would be the perfect way to send some of the boys off, so we’ll be aiming to end on a high starting tomorrow.” Said the 22-year-old.
