London Scottish are pleased to announce the touring squad that will travel to Hong Kong to face a Hong Kong Football Club Invitational XV on Thursday May 28th (KO 6pm) in the Deutsche Bank Lion Dragon Challenge.

Director of Rugby Simon Amor has named a squad with a mixture of current first team players and new signings as Scottish look to build towards the 2013-14 season. Summer recruits Jamie Kilbane, Mike Doneghan, Peter Homan and Dan Newton will all travel with the squad that also comprises several former London Scottish players who were previously on part-time contracts with the Club earlier this season. Mungo Strachan, James Kellard and David Howells will all form part of the travelling squad, having been at Scottish in previous years.

Dual-registered hooker Harry Allen is one of two hookers in the squad alongside Adam Kwasnicki and Mark Irish and Lewis Thiede join Kilbane and Strachan as the front row options. Paul Spivey joins Kellard, Lewis Calder, Chevvy Pennycook and Mark Bright to form a powerful back five unit.

Jamie Stevenson joins Newton as one of two travelling half-backs and there are three centres on the plane, in the forms of Andy Reay, PJ Gidlow and Oli Grove. Scottish will have plenty of outside back options with Mantella, Homan, Doneghan and Howells being joined by full-back Jim Thompson.
