St. Andrew’s Day at The Savoy

In just three weeks London Scottish hosts ‘St Andrew’s Day at The Savoy – a celebration of Scots in London.’

This flagship event promises to be a fantastic occasion and there are still some spaces available.

Hosted by Kelly Cates, St Andrew’s Day at The Savoy on Friday November 29 is seen as an opportunity for all Scots to come together and celebrate Scotland’s national day whilst raising money for two worthwhile charities and London Scottish.

A high class live auction will be led by comedian Fred MacAulay with money raised for two charities that provide care and welfare for young people – The Carer's Trust, charity of HRH Princess Anne, Royal Patron of London Scottish, and Yorkhill Children's Charity based in Glasgow.

Entertainment during the event, sponsored by Caledonia Best, will be provided by Scottish singers Carly Connor, a talented 20-year-old from Paulo Nutini’s group of musicians, and teenager Ruairidh McDonald.

Frank McKay and his band The Clan will also take to the stage as will stellar public speaker Jim Brown, President of the Scottish Highland Games Association.

A special accolade, The Great London Scot Award, will be presented to Judy and/or Jamie Murray on behalf of tennis star Andy Murray.
