Vacancy Available: Operations and Marketing Executive

London Scottish are looking to fill the role of their operations and marketing executive. This is an exciting varied role that incorporates match day operations, marketing and membership management.

We are looking for a vibrant person, preferably with some experience in sports marketing, to join our commercial team and play a key role in the operations of a championship rugby club.

The role will be supported by the Media Communications Manager, Sponsorship Manager, Community Development Officer, Finance Manager and CEO. 

 The role includes but is not limited to:

Marketing:

  • Marketing home games to maximise attendance 
  • Producing and implementing a marketing plan for all of the Club's commercial activity
  • Managing print and collateral material

 
Match Day Operations:
You will look after match days and be main point of contact for the club on all operations before and on the day. This will include: 

  • Manage all aspect of match day hospitality 
  • Organise and manage match day staff 
  • Match day branding 
  • Manage all match day ticketing 

Membership:

  • First point of contact for all members 
  • Deal with all new and renewals for membership payments
  • Keep the membership database up to date
  • Compile membership figures and distribute

Other responsibilities will also include being part of the on-site event team for events including the St. Andrew’s day lunch, Hall of fame and Legends Dinner, Burns Supper and the End of Season dinner. 

This is a full time permanent job which includes working at weekends for all match days. Salary is £20,000 plus OTE.
