The London Scottish Bs traveled to Sandhurst to face a Regiment side in a training game this weekend, coming out 29-7 winners.

Sandhurst scored a converted try in the first half and performed well in preventing Scottish from scoring. But in the second half, Scottish scored tries by Joel Maisey (50min), Stu May (63min), Tommy Cottrell (66min), Kit MacInnes Manby (70min) and Will Alkin (78min).

The game is an annual fixture and from next season it is hoped to progress into a home and away fixture. The Bs needed the game to give the players good game time leading up to this weeks Middlesex Bowl Semi final, taking place at Grasshoppers RFC on Tuesday the 12th March at 8pm. We are inviting all LSFC supporters to join us at Grasshoppers and give the lads the support the deserve!

This is effectively a fixture for our Highlanders team which means many of the Bs team players will represent the club in this fixture.

Next weekend sees the Bs travelling to London Cornish to play their final Middlesex Merit Table 2 league game for the season and then the week after (23rd March) they play in the semi finals, having already qualified.
