The centre’s powerful performances have been a feature of the best of London Scottish so far this season.
PJ Gidlow is revelling in life at London Scottish following his summer move from Doncaster. The centre spent two seasons in Yorkshire, as well as spells at Redruth, Birmingham & Solihull and Rotherham Titans, but he claims the atmosphere around his new club is all part of the appeal.
Gidlow: “I heard that London Scottish had a good coaching setup and a strong backroom team. It was clear the club had a great atmosphere and had been signing a lot of players so I thought it would be a good challenge for myself.”
Having grabbed his first try recently in the B&I Cup against Moseley, Gidlow is eager to push on.
Gidlow: “The injury I picked up against Doncaster kept me out for a few weeks, which was highly frustrating. A big goal for me now is to stay injury free, keep as fit as possible and help the team as best as I can.”
