Fan favourite scrum half Dan Nutton has re-signed for the 2023/24 season meaning he will enter his third season for London Scottish.
Dan cemented himself as the Exiles’ first choice scrum half during the 2022/23 season despite stiff competition. In doing so he played a significant role in the Exiles survival, starting all of the final fixtures of the season which saw London Scottish’s famous run of wins to secure their escape from the drop.
Speaking on his re-signing Dan said “I was certain I wanted to stay after our home victory over Richmond. It truly feels like the current playing squad is part of a club revival and I want to be a part of that.”
Director of Rugby, Bryan Redpath commented on Dan’s signing when he said “Dan has become a core part of the London Scottish side over the course of the last twelve months. During a tricky season I was constantly impressed with his leadership and the energy he brough to the side. As a result, I am delighted to have him on board this season.”
