Scrum half Ed Hoadley has signed terms with the Club to remain at The Athletic Ground for his fourth season.

The scrum half who has scored 5 tries in 47 appearances for the Scots was looking forward to another season at the RAG.

“I am really pleased to be coming back for my fourth season at the RAG. I have made a lot of memories already at the Club and I look forward to adding to them next season. It is an exciting time to be at the Club.”

Hoadley, who has represented all the London Exile clubs after playing for both London Irish and London Welsh, will be looking to bring up his 50th appearance for the Scots next season.

After starting the 2018/19 season well for the Scots, Hoadley spent a large chunk of the season with National One side Chinnor where he was instrumental in their rise up the standings.

Upon his return to the London Scottish side in March, Hoadley started and scored against Doncaster Knights but sadly picked up a season-ending injury which ruled him out for the rest of the season. Hoadley is already making good progress with the medical team with Scottish and will be ready for the new season.

Head Coach Graham Steadman was pleased to keep one of the key members of the playing squad at the Scots for next season.

“Ed has been an important member of our squad for the last 3 seasons and we are pleased that he will stay for his fourth. He is a controlling scrum half who can dictate the way we play. We are looking forward to him challenging for the 9 shirt next season.”
