There is a new Gaucho in Edinburgh and as proud partners with London Scottish they have extended their 25% discount to the new fine dining establishment North of the Border.
This is great news for London Scottish Members, especially our Exile members who reside in the north and those who travel back to the grand city frequently to visit family and friends.
All London Scottish members are entitled to the discount and many have utilised this opportunity at the Richmond restaurant near the Richmond Athletic Ground before home matches; now this great deal can also be used in Edinburgh.
Gaucho has twelve restaurants spread over in London with four others dotted around the UK. They are also an International chain with outlets in Buenos Aires, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Gaucho pride themselves on embracing Argentinian food culture, describing it as “simple flavours, natural organic ingredients and the beef in the world”. The restaurant is involved with over 60 farms in Argentina, where the cattle are still selected in the traditional way by the gauchos (cowboys) on horseback. Diners have a plethora of options when it comes to selecting steaks, they can choose from a range of prime cuts including the ‘lomo’ fillet, ‘chorizo’ sirloin and the ‘ancho’ rib eye. All cuts are cooked to the utmost perfection on Gaucho’s custom-made grill.
Matt Ford, Marketing Director for Gaucho, said “it is great to have opened our doors in Edinburgh and see all the hard work has paid off. We look forward to welcoming our friends from London Scottish and showing off our stunning new restaurant and first class dining experience.”
The new Edinburgh establishment was opened in November and is located on St Andrew Square. It joins other well-known restaurants like The Ivy and Dishoom on the Square in the capital.
