Glasgow Warriors tight-head prop George Hunter has joined London Scottish on loan until the end of the season.
Schooled at Robert Gordon's College, Hunter is now a Scottish Rugby Elite Development player attached to the Warriors.
He made his Heineken Cup debut for Glasgow Warriors away to Castres Olympique in December 2012 and to date has made three appearances for the club.
He captained Scotland under-20s throughout much of 2011, and has also represented Scotland at under-17 and under-19 level.
George has spent most of this season playing for Ayr in the RBS Premiership.
London Scottish head coach James Buckland said: “We are pleased to have George with us for the remainder of the campaign.
“He joined us during pre-season before the Warriors recalled him and during that time he settled in really well.
“It will be good for George to get experience of Championship rugby and he gives us options at an important period of the season.”
