London Scottish is delighted to welcome Jonah Holmes to the Club. The Welsh international joins the Club from fellow Championship side Ealing Trailfinders after signing a two year deal with the Exiles.
Jonah amassed 7 caps during his time in the Welsh setup including two tries. His Club careers began at London Scottish as a junior before moving into the Wasps academy where he made 15 appearances.
Holmes then moved to Leicester Tigers making 45 appearances and scoring 24 tries. He would then move across to Wales and the Dragons where he would enjoy two successful years before heading back to London and Ealing Trailfinders.
Upon signing for the Club Jonah has said “I’m really looking forward to returning to London Scottish where my rugby journey began at u12’s. I’m especially grateful to have the opportunity to continue playing championship rugby while working full time.”
Director of Rugby Bryan Redpath welcomed his new signing to the Club when he said “Jonah is an immensely talented rugby player and it is a real coup to bring him to the Club for the next couple of years. He brings a wealth of experience and will be a real asset to our young squad.”
