To complete a wonderful weekend for London Scottish, ever-present prop Aaron Liffchak has been named in the RFU Championship Dream XV.

Following the conclusion of the play-off stages, the 2011-12 RFU Championship Dream XV has been revealed in Sunday's Rugby Paper.

Collated by Jon Newcombe, former Rugby Times editor and now contributor to The Rugby Paper, the fifteen players are selected by the coaching teams of the respective clubs in England’s second tier, with 11 of the 12 clubs claiming at least one player.

Robin Copeland of Rotherham polled the highest number of votes (7 out of 12), while Gavin Cattle & Dave Ward (both Cornish Pirates) are named for the third year in a row.

Seven different clubs are represented, with semi-finalists Bristol Rugby & Cornish Pirates topping the list with four apiece.

Liffchak, who has played a part in every game of the 2011/12 season, is also nominated for the London Scottish Watches of Switzerland Supporters’ Player of the Season.
