The Lions took a squad of twenty-nine plyers to the Grasshoppers Pre-Season Tournament up in Osterley last Saturday afternoon. This was the first opportunity for the Lions to have a competitive run-out of starting their pre-season training during the first week of July. Five London teams took part in the 15-a-side competition all of whom will compete at Levels 5 and 6 this coming season – London Scottish Lions, Grasshoppers, Hammersmith & Fulham, Belsize Park and Old Colfeians. All twenty-nine Lions players took part across all four games, winning the tournament with 3 wins and a draw. The Lions squad travel to Winchester RFC this Saturday, 17^th August with the B’s Kick-Off at  1:30pm followed by the Lions 1^st XV at 3:00pm.
