London Scottish Launch The Incredible Journey

10th November 2014

London Scottish is excited to launch – The Incredible Journey – a new campaign designed to encourage fans to participate in the next chapter of the club’s rugby journey.

Since the summer of 1999 London Scottish has been on an incredible journey up the English leagues, securing seven promotions in 11 seasons, culminating in promotion back to the Championship in 2011.

Last season Scottish finished fifth in the Greene King IPA Championship, their highest finish since 1999.

As London Scottish aim to go one better this season and qualify for the end of season play-offs, the club wants as many people as possible to experience the next chapter of The Incredible Journey.

London Scottish Chief executive, Kenny Baillie, said: “To kick-off our campaign, 35,000 Incredible Journey leaflets will be distributed throughout London, inviting people to join us on our journey.

“Admission into all London Scottish home games will be just £10 (ground pass) for those who turn up at the Athletic Ground with an Incredible Journey leaflet to hand.

“Kids 16 and under are already guaranteed free entry (ground pass) to our home games and a further exciting ticket deal for all Aviva Premiership club season ticket holders will be announced tomorrow.”

He added: “We want our loyal supporters to become actively involved in this latest chapter of The Incredible Journey.

“If you would like to help us distribute leaflets or indeed would like to pick up some leaflets from the Commercial office to give to friends, work colleagues or family members, please call the Commercial Team on 020 3397 9551.”
