London Scottish have opted to keep with continuity with just five changes to the matchday 23 ahead of their trip to Bedford Blues on Friday night. With the likes of Dan Nutton, Alec Lloyd-Seed and Jack Ingall returning to the starting XV, Bryan Redpath and Joe Gray have gone for a strong side.
On the bench Harry Sheppard makes his return to the London Scottish squad after a lengthy period out with injury. He will look to make his mark in the latter stages of this game when he gets his opportunity. He is also joined by Marijn Huis who will make his first appearance for the Exiles when he comes off the bench. The Dutch international will look to bring some bulk to the second row and offer his experience around the park.
Johnny Ireland is also in line for his first Championship appearance from the bench. Having impressed in training throughout the year, the young back row is handed the chance to show his metal on the pitch this Friday night. Ed Coulson also returns to the starting fifteen after a short stint out with injury. He will look to put a run of games together at this stage in the season.
